The new outdoor cinema has polarised the population.
As many Perthville residents are for it as against. Some love the outdoor experience, but others say the screen is a blot on the environment and the amenity of the open area has been ruined.
The Investigative Reporter today overheard an argument between two married residents over the cinema; and while this was investigated, a sports car mowed down the wife. We suspect that that the driver was the Inventor’s lover, who co-created the cinema.
So – more intrigue than Hitchcock, with an overlay of romance gone wrong.
Also – this magical concept of an outdoor cinema has descended into black magic. Of which there is far too much in Perthville.
But the veracity of this story depends on the accuracy of the Investigative Reporter’s hearing. Let’s hope those ears are as sharp as her writing.
